Adam Himelfarb

Adam’s geoscience experience has been primarily focused in the Permian Basin in both exploration and operation roles.

Prior to joining Alchemist, Adam served as Senior Geologist for Occidental Petroleum, gaining a decade of expertise in the Permian Basin while performing a variety of tasks that included advanced geologic modeling, reservoir characterization, regional mapping and development planning.

Before Occidental, Adam worked as a geologist for Haas Engineering working in the Haynesville, Marcellus and Barnett Shale. Adam earned his BS in Geology from Tulane University in 2007.
